West's Hillbilly Hot Tubs started in the fall of 2004 as a spa maintenance company. Laurel had been working with me by his side for a spa manufacture for 5 years. During this time we had done many shows and deliveries together. Many people and dealers had asked about spa maintenance programs and I decided to fill a void we had in this area. The company quickly grew into doing spa repairs and service which Laurel also has plenty of knowledge in. He is the areas authorized service center on several lines of spas and he will work on any make or model you may have. We started out working from our home and recently had to move into retail space to accommodate growth and customers.
We decided that we would also offer spas to our customers and dealers. To meet the needs of several different people we offer a few different lines of spas. We have very basic inexpensive spas to the top of the line "everything" spas. We have the ability to offer these spas at great prices. We only carry products that we believe in and feel are a quality product. We believe our customers deserve great service! You are the reason we are here!
